Opportunities for Moulsecoomb Forest Garden to help more Young People to Acheive

Moulsecoomb Forest Garden and Wildlife Project is a small, but well-established charity, based on the outskirts of Brighton, offering outdoor education qualifications for young people who are struggling in school.  As well as supporting adults with learning disabilities.

The Charity works with young people from some of Brighton's most deprived neighbourhoods.  Delivering well structured and supported programmes of outdoor education that help young people to achieve recognised qualifications, as well as boosting their self-confidence, developing essential life skills and raising aspirations.

Through the Fonthill Foundation Community Grant the Charity will be able to offer additional opportunities for young people to participate in the courses on offer, particularly targeting young people most at need of the intervention to keep them from becoming completely disengaged.

We are delighted to be supporting the excellent work of this grass-roots Charity and look forward to meeting some of the young people who will be benefitting as a result of the Community Grant.
